Jewelry Of The Week – JOTW#14

Hello Buddies 🙂

This week’s earrings is made out of quilling paper. This one is little different from the regular earrings I make. Credit has to go to my buddy for this idea 🙂JOTW14

Supplies required:

  • Quilling paper
  • Head pins
  • Ear hooks
  • PInk Beads
  • Silver wire
  • Wire cutter
  • Pliers

Method :

  1. Insert a pink bead into a head pin and form a loop and cut the excess wire, this forms the hanging part
  2. Roll the pink colour quilling paper into a tight circle
  3. Apply glue around the paper and make it stiff.
  4. Cut the circle into two halvesTwo halves
  5. Tie one wire piece around each half
  6. Connect the hanging hook to one side and this pink bead on the other side
  7. Apply varnish on the earring with a small paint brush. This is to make your earring resistant to water. 
  8. Thats it pretty paper jewelry ready 🙂
  9. Make your own jewelry and adore yourself 🙂
