Blue Drops – JOTW#21

Hello Buddies 🙂

I am back with one more trendy jewelry. This week along with the earring I made a pendent as well. Its made out of quilling paper. This one is little different from the regular earrings I make. I liked it very much it was the simplest but pretty designblue bellsSupplies required:

  • Quilling paper
  • Head pins
  • Ear hooks
  • Crystal beads
  • Silver wire
  • Wire cutter
  • Pliers

Method :

  1. Take a blue quilling paper and roll it over a thick pen like marker. You will get a ring shape.Remove it from the pensteps
  2. Pinch the ring on one side to get a tea drop shape. Make 3 pieces like this. Two for earrings and one for pendantearring and pendant
  3. Connect a jump ring on the pinched end of the tea drop
  4. Insert a crystal inside a head pin. I used round crystal for earrings and oval crystal for pendantpendant
  5. Make a loop on the head pin above the crystal cut out the excess
  6. Connect this loop to the jump ring
  7. Add ear hooks to the jump rings of the earrings alone
  8. Apply varnish on the earring with a small paint brush. This is to make your earring resistant to water.
  9. Thats it pretty paper jewelry ready 🙂
  10. Make your own jewelry and adore yourself 🙂JOTW21
